Bake Plum Chicken (Sach Moan Ang)

    My family favorite bake chicken with plum sauce is very delicious and very easy to make. 

  • Ingredients :
    • 2 Tablespoons water
    • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons plum sauce
    • ½ Tablespoon light brown sugar
    • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
    • ¼ Teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 Chicken legs or ½ chicken
  • Procedures :
    In a small bowl, mix water with soy sauce, plum sauce, sugar, garlic and black pepper together, mix well.
    Put chicken meat in a baking pan, rubs prepared plum sauce on both sides chicken meat, covered baking pan with lid and refrigerated it over night or at least 4 hours.
    Put chicken in a baking dish and bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for ½ hour, turns chicken to other side and continue to bake another ½ hours.
    Serve hot with rice or broken rice.
